Thanks to a filling made from frozen mangos and freeze dried mango powder for the frosting, mango doesn’t need to be in season to whip up a batch of these.

I’m still 💩ed from hosting Thanksgiving for a group of 12, but I feel relaxed and chilled this weekend now that it’s behind me. 😌 Love this time of year and getting to kick back and get cozy!

T-minus 2 days until Thanksgiving calls for themed

T-minus 2 days until Thanksgiving calls for themed cupcakes! 🦃🧁😍

This is my first year hosting Thanksgiving, and we’re going to have about a dozen people over! I’m a little nervous but mostly just excited. Hope everyone is having a relaxing week!

And to recreate these treats:

* Dye vanilla buttercream red, orange, and yellow (I used @chefmaster gels here). ❤️🧡💛

* Put that frosting in a piping bag fitted with a @wiltoncakes leaf tip, which doubles nicely for the feathers on these little dudes.🪶

* Add googly eyes and pipe the beak with another leaf tip to bring the face together! 🦃
