No-Bake Biscoff Pie Crust

HOW TO MAKE

This no-bake Biscoff pie crust is an easy recipe. And as the name implies, no oven is necessary for whipping up this recipe. Use it as the base for a cheesecake or other dessert with a similar filling.

For this recipe, you'll need: – Biscoff cookies – Unsalted butter, melted – Brown sugar – Kosher salt

You'll also want to use a springform pan if you plan to make a no-bake cheesecake that uses this crust. This recipe makes enough cookie crust to cover the bottom of a 9" pan.

Start the recipe by adding cookies, brown sugar, salt, and melted butter to a food processor. Grind cookies into a fine, crumb-like texture, which will resemble wet sand.

If you have a smaller food. processor, you may need to grind the cookies in two batches.

The mixture of all ingredients will look similar to this image.

Line a springform pan with a 9-inch round of parchment paper before using the base of a round glass to evenly press the crumb mixture into the bottom and slightly up the sides of the pan.

Place Biscoff cookie crust in the freezer or refrigerator to firm up as you make whatever filling you plan to put inside the crust.
