Homemade Cheesecake with Mascarpone

This no-bake cheesecake uses under 10 ingredients. Neither the crust nor the light and creamy filling requires any baking.

Once you've made the crust and filling, evenly spread the soft mascarpone mixture into the crust in a springform pan. Use a spatula for a smooth design on top.
